excellent walking access to aberystwyth's attractions and parks
I recently enjoyed a peaceful stay where I could explore nearby Aberystwyth Castle, just over 6 kilometers away, and take leisurely walks to the beautiful Clarach Bay, which is less than 5 km from the hotel. the warm ambiance and the lovely bed made my experience delightful and truly comfortable.

great location but room lacked character
The outdoor areas provided ample opportunities for relaxation. Comfy chairs and hammocks made it easy to enjoy the scenery. The well-designed bathroom provided a warm and spacious experience.
The room felt a bit generic and could use more personal touches.

The room was nice and spacious, and I loved how hot and cozy the shower was after a long day! There were comfy chairs and hammocks in the garden where I could unwind in the sun. A minor hiccup was the rough road leading in, but it didn't ruin the fun. 😊

This guest house surprised me with its friendly staff and lovely breakfast, although the noise from the nearby trains was a bit much at times. The rooms were clean, and the host went out of his way to make our stay pleasant, but some maintenance issues were noted.

Recommend it for the family on a budget
We had a great breakfast with lovely thick bacon and fresh fruit which was a real joy to start the day. Plus Aaron was so helpful he gave us a key when we arrived early and that just made everything smoother.
It wasn't exactly cheap but I suppose that's just part of the deal.
